I loooooooove to ski, but can't afford to right now. I bought new skis RIGHT before having Maya, got to use them twice, and not at all since she was born, so over 5 years. Sigh. So... I guess if you ever hear about some really sweet deal I might be able to afford AND Vastin can take the girls, I'm there!

I'm rusty, but in my day could ski just about anything (though heavy moguls aren't really my favorite, stylistically... I'm more of a cruiser).

I could possibly trade organizational help for babysitting sometime. :)

Heh... I sold or threw out most of my stuff. So I'll be renting unless I can find stuff at my parents house. I do have boots though. Gotta have your own boots.

So... The last time I checked on lift tickets they were $50.
Now they are like $80. DAMN.

This may take some research.

But one thing is for sure, bringing my own food.

Yeah, the $80-ness is a bit much. I remember back when you could get $20 lift tickets on weekdays... what happened?!?!

This is excatly why I haven't skied in so long...

I am planning on taking a multi-day ski trip somewhere this winter. But I prefer to go up and stay near the mountain, instead of waking up real early.

A regular create and bitch. Once a month we descend on someone willing to host (Including myself), do creative things and have fun chatting.

I want one of these, too. My apartment is not currently in shape to host, but I am working on it. Nudge me!

Alymar skis, and could probably use the company and encouragement to go out and play. (I wouldn't mind trying it out sometime, but I'd be highly unlikely to escape the bunny slope and would probably just go play in the snow.)

I would love to do a monthly create and bitch. Maybe we could have one and rotate the location. We are having one in Feb for LE maybe we could schedule a general one for march. It gets difficult in LARP season.

We could do something like every other Tuesday or something. :)
