Hmmmm, well, I used to teach sewing and quilting, and I'm not sure I quite know what you all are asking about. Do you want to make an apron with a "bib" to cover the chest area? Or do you want to make a wasteband with ties? Technically, either one could be the "top" of the apron, depending upon what type apron you're designing ( Read more... )
