A little bit crumbled on sauteed mushrooms with some polenta is really good too.

Oh that sounds delicious. I have some sliced baby portabella's in the fridge that we should really use up. Sounds like a perfect lunch for me on Saturday!

I like it with an iceburg wedge. Toss the cheese in a light vinaigrette with some chopped pecans and drizzle over the wedge. YUMMY.
