Gorgonzola

I was too damn stubborn to throw out the cheese (expensive!). I decided to treat it like Feta and use some crumbled up in my lunch salad.

It wasn't bad that way! It was still strong, but tolerable. I think the taste could grow on me, at least on salads. I will whittle away at it that way and leave the Feta to Lex for now, until the Gorgonzola is used up.

Don't know that I would buy it again though, haven't gotten that far.
