Pretty lackluster in the club.

There are a few things that I get pretty enthusiastic about. Music, literature, writing, and soccer, to name a few. And politics. Sometimes. But for now, let's focus on writing. Keep that in mind - we'll come back to it later.

A few months ago, maybe March?, I stumbled across Destructoid (hosted by DoubleViking) via ( Read more... )

Congrats!
I myself have recently become more involved with gaming. If I hadn't just purchased a DS Lite of my very own, I would try out that contest (I'm guessing 42 is out?)
But good job :D Grammer pays off!

Tons of people have already guessed 42. A good sign, a good sign indeed! I think I may reread that. Starting now.

Hey there, this is Fronz from Destructoid - welcome aboard man. I'm almost done with college (I think you're just starting college soon, right?) and I'm also very into writing - it's cool to see others interested in it too. I'm going into video game design and all that 3D stuff, but writing is always something I enjoy doing on the side. I was hoping to use my free time to write a book some time soon, but Dtoid has stolen my soul hehe. Just wanted to say hi and welcome you to the behind the scenes of the site.

My email is 'thefronz' -at- 'gmail.com' - you should gimme a shout so I can get your email/IM info so we can get ahold of each other if need be in the future. Feel free to send me any cool shit you write too :)

Niero from Dtoid dropping by to say hey :) I can't tell you how thankful I am to have so many helpful hands on the project. The site has no editorial oversight whatsoever so an extra set of eyeballs catching our slip ups is most appreciated. And like Fronz said, if you ever feel compelled to write, the door is always open!
