Well, I think this was mostly his opinions and thoughts on what he felt was the most ethical choice, not what anyone is actually doing LOL. My friend works at a daycare and he is still working. But it is probably a lot of state by state. My library shut down this week (Maryland), but libraries in Virginia are just now closing their doors.

Of course, this is the reason it keeps spreading, it takes official closures and quarantines to make people STOP GOING OUT!
