summer shows get different ratings scales

BUT ANYWAY!

While I LOVED the first season, I wasn't actually thrilled with the second and third season of Veronica Mars. The second season has too much "retconning" of what "really" happened in season 1 and Season 3 was better but just didn't have the same level of intrigue

I like Logan/Veronica but I didn't like the constant are they/aren't they...

Too bad I don't have Hulu so I'm hoping I'll have a chance to see it soon anyway. I need a whole rewatch, movie included.

I'm currently on Restless now so 3 more seasons to go but that would be really cool!

I tried really hard to get into Veronica Mars but I just couldn't get past the first three episodes. It was clear that, in the end, it wasn't going to happen lol. That said, I've been excited for all the fans when they got a movie and now a new season!

I watched it as it aired, which I think helped? When I sat down to rewatch it felt kinda dated. I think having Veronica being an adult now will make things a bit easier. But, yeah, I don't think it aged well so if you weren't there at the start, it is probably hard to pick up.

That might be the problem. Honestly, part of it was that Veronica ~knew everything~ so I probably would've been more on board back when it first aired compared to now where I'm like LOL OKAY. SURE.

I'm in the same vein as you re: Veronica Mars. The first season was fantastic and probably the best season overall. The second season was a cluttered clusterfuck that was such a huge mess, and the third season, while slightly better than S2, still was rather meh overall. And while the kickstarter was a success, the reunion movie didn't really interest me since it felt like their goal was to bring everyone they possibly could back but really had no plot

It fits the pattern that I have seen with most TV - any show with a 100% awesome first season is doomed to fail because they had one good idea, full formed characters and no where to go after that. Season 2 proved this was true of Veronica Mars and it was too bad because they had such an amazing cast.

But I love Kristen Bell too much and I want to see her face. I'll cringe through the LoVe stuff (GAG I HATE THAT SHORTENING) to see my girl. And Ryan Hansen.

Oh man, I loved Veronica Mars so much! I definitely watched all of it, but I think I also enjoyed season 1 the most. It's been so long, I honestly don't remember. I DO remember not being a fan of Veronica/Logan, tho hahahahha.

I had no clue they were bringing it back, what the heck! Hulu, though hmmmmm. It's available in Japan, but not sure I want to pay for yet another streaming service T_______T
