Oh man, that's a tough one to have to deal with. :( It is a big part of your history, and I really hope that someone buys it who will love it as much as you did!

It's a shame you can't even buy it and split. :/ But I'm guessing no one would use it much, especially if no one has kids - which might justify needing a spacious vacation home, although I suppose if you're close enough to vacation together, or bring friends.

It's always the end of an era when you sell a grandparent's house. And we moved around a lot too, so I can definitely relate to it having been that one consistent "house", you know?
