I was just in the court room for the preliminary hearing for Ms. Dingle-- the woman who drunk drove and killed 4 teens in Roseville. The case was adjourned based on 4 motions... one of them being the request for a psychological evaluation because of her alcoholism ( Read more... )

Court yesterday went well. I have 2 new clients. I have scheduled to do their assessments and interview on Tuesday next week. I'm fairly excited. I have a new assessment and it seems more thorough than the other one I had. So we'll see. Now the hard work begins ( Read more... )
