LAUREN <333 At first I thought it was her resemblance to Blake Lively (they kind of talk in the same way too), but there's just something about Zoie Palmer that makes me heart her so, so much.
Kenzi's a non-judger, and I love her for that. The whole 'normal people do not help out strangers' speech was <3. I also love how Bo/Kenzi are constantly touching each other. ;D
As for Dyson, I can't help but feel like singing Yellow when he comes on screen. lol.
I'll probably have more thoughts when I actually get to watch the episode (since the streaming links don't work for me and I can't find the episode anywhere), but that's it for now. :)

I made a lot of comparisons too, but you're definitely right. There's something about Zoie Palmer, a different energy about her (at least in this role). Whatever the case, she makes me swoon. *swoons*
You raise some really good question! I'd really like to know how Kenzi met Lauren. And since Kenzi isn't into women how would she know that Lauren is cold and frigid?
"Anyone else wondering what Lauren's full story is? ... Lauren is at the Fae bar, I assume by herself, but also a human." *heh* I didn't think about this until you mentioned it. I agree with you that she probably has a special status as the Doctor...
It was fun to see the Furies in contemporary setting since I've only see them in Xena. I'm a bit confused though, are they real sisters, like related sisters or just in name? At the end when Bo sprayed the one Furie and the other one holds her in her arms. Did she say "Baby, I'm here"?

I'm not entirely sure that was the case, she could just be referring to a different side of Lauren's demeaner (that we have yet to see).

I think they're actual sisters, if only on the assumption that they relatively looked alike. I'm not sure about the end, I can't recall. I'm gonna have to pay attention when I watch again. ;)
First of all, those Frost .gifs are golden. It's perfect "At first I serious'd but then I lol'd"
Secondly, I lurve how much you lurve Lauren because I am equally biased and obsessed when it comes to her. She is pure wonder and magic.
Also, How the heck does Kenzi know Lauren?. I was wondering this too. I don't think the show would have had them meet off-screen because all of the Bo/Lauren interactions are pretty important to building up their budding relationship. I'm going to assume that Kenzi in her 'let's smash things and drink until you're no longer depressed' mode was just bad-mouthing any of Bo's potential love interests to make Bo feel better.
I did love that Lauren was completely unfazed by Kenzi's name-calling though, and that she proved herself to be a wonderful human being by then cozying up to Kenzi to ask her to keep an eye on Bo. I think those two could end up being hilarious and sweet together when Lauren becomes more immersed in Bo's life.
I love her friendship with Bo (and I even got a little giggly at

I'm a little nervous and afraid to admit these new and budding feelings... but I think Lauren is my OTC. My fangirl!heart sings whenever she appears.

Hah! I can easily see them scheming together against Bo. Or Kenzi grilling her on Fae info and gossip (for the thrill, not the knowledge).
I don't ship them romantically, but it makes my heart warm to see them interact.
This! Yes! When I see Bo get all touchy-feely with her, it makes me feel like she's really comfortable with Kenzi. Obviously, but what I really love is how it just lights up both their eyes. :3 Oh, family!
Sooo. I sort of stalked you back here and now I feel sort of foolish because all the great points I thought I was bringing to the table were already out on the table over here! Although, I do feel better knowing that I'm not the only person who watches the Lauren scenes like a hawk and then analyzes them (possibly overly so, but that is neither here nor there).
And I really hope we see more Lauren out of her lab coat and in that jacket. Because... heh. Hm. Clothing has never looked so *hot* on someone before. At least, I'm having a hard time remembering a time before.
Don't feel foolish! You brought plenty and besides, I could talk about Lauren all day.

I'm so in love with Zoie Palmer's voice. Also, yes, I lurved her in her lab coat, but LEATHERJACKET!OMG blew me away. More Lauren outside of the lab, hmm, hmm?
I agree, it would be a lovely day spent talking about Lauren...
Zoie Palmer just seems to be a pretty awesome package. The voice, the hair... I find her to be a rather handsome person. In a feminine way. I dunno. She's both pretty and handsome. Does that even make sense? My apologies if it doesn't, it's sort of past my bedtime...
