I'm down to the last hundred pages or so of Moonlight MistressI've concluded it's an odd book. Probably because I never did a chapter-by-chapter outline, the story seems to flow in strange ways; or maybe it's just that I have too many characters. I seem to have skimped on transitions and setups, to some extent, dropping in on one group, then

Not THAT cool. It just feels like it has...longer lines? Or perhaps that's merely lack of appropriate plot tension; I can't tell about the tension any more because I know what happens.
