I've done a couple different things to the mashed portion of the potatoes when twice baking, but this was the most yummy thing I've done so far. I like experimenting. :-)
I actually could have eaten those even with my mouth being such a mess! Well, except for the Worcestershire sauce because it has vinegar in it but they sound good.
Why do I keep forgetting about your vinegar allergy? I was also going to mention a stir-fry sauce I've been making. I added it to ramen noodles yesterday for lunch. It's a lot of soy sauce with a dash of balsamic vinegar, a couple drops of syrup (because I don't have any honey), a splash of sesame oil, and sprinkled with garlic powder and ginger. I fear my cooking would kill you.

That's the problem with twice bakes. They take forever to make.
My Mom uses milk and cheese plus bacon on top.
