Mike Wieringo
Those of you who are comics fans may already know, and some of you have posted already, but artist Mike Wieringo passed away Sunday of a massive heart attack at age 44. I still have the issue of Spider-man with the announcement from when he won the original Marvel Try-out Book contest. He was only a handful of artists that I would wait at the comicbook store just to grab that next issue of Spidey. Taking into the fact that this is around the time I started getting frustrated with the stories, it's saying alot. I'll miss that flair he had.
You don't catch many sparks like his.
