Trick-or-treating
I think that a lot of Trick-or-treaters is a sign of a healthy community, lots of kids shows a community that isn't stagnate and getting older. It also implies trust. Trust in your neighbors, in the general safety of your neighborhood. -

DOMA ~sigh~, well I'm Catholic, so marriage is between a man and a woman. On the other hand the Catholic church doesn't recognize a purely civil marriage between a man and a woman.
