Right. Our TVs -- since we're all already on cable -- should be fine. Which means the VCRs should be as well, yes? My contention is there will be no problems with VCRs, but my friends are convinced their will be, even with a digital TV.
Yes, you should be fine. Your cable box is already providing an analog signal to your VCR. That would not change regardless of the signal it receives. If your box is super old, call your cable provider for a freebie. Otherwise don't worry. Or if you want to be paranoid, visit their web site. lol

So here's my question -- will VCRs continue to work? I maintain they will, but my friends claim they didn't during the digital tests they've run.
