A new journal, a new start. Where I am now:

Thanks for the compliment. :) I still like taking pictures now and then, but even better to do it with the girls together. This pic was taken by Sharine.

Yeah, it's a long commute. From door to door it's 1 hour and 45 minutes in the morning... and 2 hours back in the evening (not so good connection with the bus in Arnhem). That's why I would love to cut down to 3 days and do everything else freelance.

Spiritual side and interest still fully active. ;)

Yeah, I still have my old DA account. I tried to revive it recently hahaha. But I'm very scared of uploading my tattoo designs on there. First I have to figure out how to approach this selling designs stuff the best way. Roel told me I should go to conventions with my portfolio and sell a lot on one day. So that's why I haven't put a lot of new stuff on my DA yet. http://josephine76.deviantart.com

It really does sound like things are on the up and up for you. It's odd that if you were do document all of the above on a day to day basis you wouldn't really notice that things are going good - it would just be an average day/week.
The picture of your apartment looks lovely - ours is so cluttered at the moment. Also there is something about babies when they smile - it is just sheer joy and there is nothing contrived about it - they only learn that as they grow older.
Better dash I've to go to work :(

You are so right, it takes time to notice a change. But you know what, it's also... I've stuck my head in the sand for too long. Have to make my own life, I decide on the direction... no one else. That's kind of liberating. This all sounds so obvious and therefor silly, but the last two years I've only worried about my (ex)relationship for example. It's nice to get back to myself for once.

My apartment has already changed again :D but haven't taken new pictures yet. I also have my eye on some lovely furniture, old items, I want to mix and match Queen Anne with Art Nouveau. Hehe.

Hope you're doing well! It'll be nice to catch up again. Keeping an eye on my friends page! :) Have a good day at work! *hug*

Here's a big hug for you. Unaware at the time I was, but I'm happy that things I said was relevant to you! Nah, I don't feel old at all, I'm in my prime. :P Hahaha! Don't they say these days that 40 is the new 30? So that's good news, lots of time ahead. :P

Thanks, about the apartment. It already has changed again and tomorrow I'll be picking up a pretty dressoir, at least, it looked pretty on the picture haha. Oh well, nothing some paint or gloss can't fix. The furniture arrangement has changed too, but it will change more the next two months, so I'll post "final" bigger pictures later! :)
