So I started gardening the weekend. Right now its container based to see how well I do. I'm excited because I hoping to get back into other things outside of work and outside of the house!

stress testing
in the midst of a chemical stress test. had the first pictures had the second chemical part - wow - your chest gets tight! Now waiting for the after pictures. glad the insurance is paying for this.

Strange Things
I think the world has gone a bit crazy these days. The school shooting in Conn. is just shocking to me. There is a lot to be said for someone who kills 20 young kids. Adding in the Colorado movie theater killings I'm really getting tired of hearing how smart these guys are / were. Seriously "genius" level seems unfathomable to me.

Update
Lets see lots going on. My blood level is at 2.9 which they say is right where I need to be. I went to the OBGYN today because Nuva Ring and all other hormone based birth control is out of the question now.
Next they want me to do the ParaGard IUD for pregnancy prevention due to the blood thinners and weight right now.

Revolution
I gave this show 5 episodes but I just can't keep suspending disbelief that long. The kill off the only character who you actually like. The lead actress really needs acting lessons and why is anyone listening to her?! I really think I am going to have to cash in the last 5 episodes and call this a loss.

so after hours of back and forth. insurance finally signed off on the medicine just in time for the hospital pharmacy to close. They called 30 local ones found one only to have Zap get there and find out they don't carry the pre-measured dose I needed and he needed to go across town.
Finally I am free to sleep in my own bed tonight.

where to start
You know I am really fet up with real life. Wednesday night Zap dragged me to the ER because I was having really bad pressure on my chest and couldn't breath well.
Long story short it seems he was right. I am in the hospital with clots in my legs and lungs.
Limited walking no TiVo hardly any internet - at least I have my cell.
