Yeah, there's always going to be some ebb and flow to your weigh-ins this is totally normal. Some people prefer to not weigh daily for this reason, weekly is going to show you trends without as much risk of stressing out from day to day fluctuations.

I find the most consistent way to weigh yourself is to get up in the morning, take a leak and then do a weigh-in. You eliminate the variables of how much you've eaten so far and if your activity has been different and such. There are many reasons for the little ups and downs to, sodium can have a surprisingly large affect. If you normally eat very little sodium and then have a lot in a day or two, your weight can jump two or three pounds from retaining fluids. And then when you cut it back it'll drop off again. Of course, some sodium is necessary but it's generally healthy for you to avoid excessive amounts.

I try not to eat a lot of salty food, and have been trying (with some successes and slips) to avoid processed stuff for dinner, and opting to make more meals from scratch (or close to it). And, I'm not a huge fan of salty snacks.

That said, we've eaten out a couple days in a row, and I'm sure that between the indulgence and the salt, that's partly why I saw that slight bump.

Heh, the past couple days I feel like I've been especially sleepy, earlier than usual. Now, I love to sleep as it is but often don't get more than 6-7 hours a night during the week. Now I'm just trying to figure out if my sleepiness is part of my normal cycle, or if its due to exercise... or both!

After a lapse, the first two days I am practically comatose. Like I start to wonder if I have mano, and then my body adjusts.
