I didn't hit up the Wii yesterday, though I did some lil' stretches and crunches in my office (but admittedly not long enough to really impact anything).  Today I rode my bike into work (only the 2nd time this week though), and man, it was so gorgeous out--really glad I didn't just take the bus.

Wii Fit still awesome. Haven't changed my mind in the last 24 hours, heh. My 'age' on there yesterday was 29, and today it's 28, so I can dig that! Already feel more confident (ie less shaky) doing the yoga, although I do wanna pick up a mat (hardwood floors + knees = no).
