Voice posting?

How do you make a voice post if you don't live in the US, UK, Canada or Australia?
I wanted to thank you guys with a voice post! But I'm having problems! lool

Hmmmm. Unfortunately I know nothing about ringing up to make a voice post, but what my flist have been doing, is recording something onto the computer using a mic, and then uploading it to something like Megaupload. That way, you can talk as long as you want! ;) I plan to do one soon.
