How do you make a voice post if you don't live in the US, UK, Canada or Australia?
I wanted to thank you guys with a voice post! But I'm having problems! lool

 (taps screen) anyone there? I had a post a while a ago, saying that my LJ had been down and that it was back up after a month. That only lasted about a week, and it's been almost a YEAR! No, wait, it has been a year since I've had LJ in my city, my friend who's a few miles away had it, no problem. Just my area :s
