Yeah, yeah, I'm slow on this. I've had this book sitting around my stack of "to read" for years. Literally. It is the hardback first edition version that I snagged from my dad after reading "Angels and Demons" some time ago. According to my art history teacher at the time this book was just starting to be huge, it's massively inaccurate as far as art history is concerned. Just a note.

Yeah...the book is especially fascinating if you grew up with Sunday school and the like.So many amazing things to discover as one gets older.I myself am more interested as to how the christian world led our history towards what is now our own adopted reality.

for those,I love the books of Riane Eisler,Joseph Campbell,and others who can elaborate on why it is all so seductive to people.My concern is the fear that a messianic figure cannot be human at all..Its possible as to why i like the stories i do..::shrugs:: ^ ^
