I went to the GD prom on Friday. It was quite enjoyable. There were six times as many people there as at Parker's prom, which was vaguely disconcerting. I also didn't know very many people, but it didn't matter because I hung out with the people I did know and had fun. One problem was that the dancefloor was not much bigger than the one at Parker,

So I think prom was actually quite good. Definitely better than last year. The Country Club was nice, and the DJs were decent. They wouldn't play the songs we asked for, though! But still, it was fun. Oh, and the food was tasty tasty tasty. And the afterparty, to the parents' credit, wasn't half bad. It was nice to have a hot tub and pool. Other

Well, I just got back from New York City. I was down there visiting my dad for a couple days. I did the touristy thing, saw the Empire State Building, blah-di-bla. It was cool. But the best part was definitely when the Latter Day Church of Christ (or something like that) tried to convert me

Parker's good, but there are some things that it definitely lacks. Really fun plays are a good example of this. Ironically, it was my mom who fell asleep while driving started going off the edge of the highway, swerved back on, skidded, and crashed the car into the guardrail on the opposite side of the road. Not me.
