Mirrors were a tool. Giving her a moment to collect herself after a vision. They needed her strong, they needed to see the Cordy they were used to. Someone needed to make sure this place ran smoothly.
Mirrors were a luxury. There wasn't much time. Once Angel was back on his path, her job was done. One more gift to deliver, but first, one last look to make sure her exit was spectacular.
