thank you! canonically impossible ended up being way more fun than I ever thought. I wanted someone to pair Janeway with (I find Janeway and Seven too mother-daughtery to be able to see it) and Beverly was perfect. Smart, passionate and with her own baggage.

This is absolutely beautiful. I really like this pairing actually and I wasn't sure that I would ( despite the fact that I am both in love with Janeway and Crusher). It just seems to work really well. Janeway commanded Voyager way differently then Picard commanded the Enterprise and still their characters are slightly reminiscent of one another. It's easier to see Beverly falling for Janeway and the reciprocal emotions from Janeway have been made very real by your writing.

Oh wow! This is a wonderful story. I really like how you have both characters' voices down perfectly. And yes, I have been lost for days in thought about their hair, too. *chuckles*. Very nicely done!

Ooooh I love Janeway/Crusher.

If I'm honest I'm basically just in love with Janeway and Crusher... so, what is not to like about this pairing?! It really works.

You are spot on about finding someone with a bit of history/baggage and with the same level Starfleet experience.. I love that they are reminisce! :)

I do love how they'd actually get each other. They've lost a lot of people, been in Starfleet a long time, they're at the top of their fields...it works, even without any screen time. ever.

I do have to confess I'm not at all into Janeway/Seven (Janeway's like her mum! I just can't see it) but I just avoid it.
