I got a phone call this morning* from the doctor's office. They were trying to get authorization for Botox to treat my TMJ. So I answer the phone and the woman says to me "they said your prescription coverage was terminated as of the end of June

not the kind of scare anyone should have to deal with, glad it was just a technical screw up.
