360 squats with 10lb weight bar
60 kipping pull ups
60 pushups
900 meter run

The cookie monkey seems to be easing his way off my back.

I thought I was in good shape. I *know* I'm in better shape than 95% of the US. But this is *kicking* my ass. Conclusion? You want to be hardcore - train crossfit.
