MIRRORS: A Visitor Event

As mentioned in our Opening post, from November 21st to the 27th, Accio! will be holding a visitor event. During the week, comments will be enabled for non-members on the main community (accio_rp). We are not anticipating a large response, so we would suggest players invite their friends to join in!

During the event, mirrors throughout Hogwarts will occasionally reflect glimpses of other worlds, and sometimes people. Although characters will not be able to physically interact with the people in the mirrors, they will be able to hold conversations with them. It will not be entirely clear whether these glimpses are genuine or illusion, and people's memories of the event will be spotty, particularly amongst our NPCs.

The event post will be posted on November 21st.
Event Guidelines
For Members:

• Activity during the event will count towards Activity Checks
• We will allow our Fourth Wall rules to be broken during the event, where the individual player gives permission. However, these memories may not be kept.
• Memories may also not be kept of conversations regarding another game.
• For any other conversation, whether a character remembers it or not is optional. It is fine for a character to remember some conversations and not others.
• Characters with precognitive abilities will not be able to sense this event coming.

For Visitors:

• All activity should be kept in the relevant post.
• Please read and adhere to the appropriate rules, paying particular attention to our Godmoding, Infomoding, and Fourth Wall rules.
• You may break the "Harry Potter and the Fourth Wall" rules where a player gives permission.
