GREAT NEWS, Kim!! I spoke to someone in Financial Aid at the Alexandria campus, and she looked into your situation. She got back to me today to say that you should definitely W with mitigating circumstances. She says they look at your whole picture, not just one course, and that the W will not stop you from getting financial aid in the future, ( Read more... )

Don't take this wrong, but, I am so happy I am not working on French anymore. A year ago, when we were driving all over Wisconsin and and Illinois I loved Pierre. I loved the little French chats. Now, I just flippin' HATE French. I can not learn the language without hearing it spoken. It just doesn't work for me.
But thank you for trying and tutoring me in the times that I struggled to learn!

I hope that you've figured out what you're going to do with your work situation.

I'm glad that things are working out for you on the college front. I'm sure a college will overlook (or not even see) that "W" amidst all of your other achievements.

I'm glad withdrawing won't affect your aid. Such good news!
