Holy Spock! Jordan's $1.5 billion Star Trek theme park gets greenlight

Star Trek fans don't come bigger than this one. Aiming to boldly go where no man has gone before, King Abdullah of Jordan has given the go-ahead to a $1.5 billion Star Trek-inspired theme park in his Middle Eastern gulf country.

Wow, there was a king on Voyager? Anybody know which episode he was in?

I just looked it up on IMDb, he was an uncredited extra in the episode where Neelix starts his "Good Morning America Voyager" show and there's apparently some stuff about Tom being a spy. Season 2, I think.
