Can anyone confirm my reading--Does it really say that Daisuke considered withdrawing, but didn't in part out of consideration for his close friend Kozuka? (For those who don't read Japanese, let me add that it's not a quote and no source is given.)
EVERYONE HAS ALREADY SAID IT. THAT'S A RARE CLASS HE'S SHOWING AND NOT THE FIRST TIME HE IS. HE'S ALSO HONORABLE ENOUGH TO SAY HE DOESN'T DESERVE THE HIGH SCORES WHEN HE DOESN'T SKATE HIS BEST (HE SAID THAT AFTER SP). FOR ALL THE LOVE I'VE HAD FOR HIS SKATING, I'VE GAINED AS MUCH RESPECT AND LOVE FOR HIM AS A PERSON.
Team Japan is so darn adorable. I want everyone to do well. Gold medals all round! And Daisuke, you still have the best hair in competitive skating, that counts for a lot.
OMG I want to hug them both! They are both so adorable and sweet its not even funny. I started this season mainly liking 2 US men but I've grown to love so many others, including these two. Taka is so sweet and adorable. Dai is so talented (even if he doesn't think so). I wish them best at the rest of their events
