unfortunately they cannot compete at Euros as they didn't compete at an international competition until now

Yeah, it's not funny for the Swiss federation all these retirements or injuries. But they could have had applied for the Euros a few years earlier. It was clear that some skaters (especially Stéphane) might stop after Vancouver. So it's their own fault a little bit for not planning ahead. I really hope Sarah will be healthy and ready for Bern!

I know nothing about the young Swiss skaters, but I will observe the moment of silence in honor of Steph and Jamal. Fingers crossed the lovely Sarah will be well.
