I vaguely recall that she was doing the flip two-footed and was told, "there are no two footed jumps" with the thought that this would put an end to her flipping nonsense. So, of course, she shows up with a one-footed landing and then they were flat-out declared illegal.

Someone who knows such history better than I could surely tell it better.
