American figure skating film RISE available for purchase in late October

Figure skating fans throughout the country were all atwitter upon learning Wednesday that the historic figure skating film, RISE, will reach American televisions in late October, so you can imagine the delight when U.S. Figure Skating announced that a DVD and Blu-ray of the film will also be available for purchase next month
