I think they mentioned using modern technology on some of the pyramids, but the guy in charge of antiquities (Hawas?) was pretty skeptical about it (I could be remembering this wrong). Wonder what he's got to say about this ;) Provided of course he's still in charge after the Egyptian revolution.

I think he resigned his post right after. Not surprising really, he probably was all up in with the former government to even get that position! Anyway, I read a week or two ago that he was convicted of some land grab scheme and was going to jail. (Obviously, I don't really remember the details, haha!)

I totally want to see this show, I hope the BBC will let Nat Geo or some other channel show it! I love Egyptology!
