God almighty the amount of tossers moaning about foreign aid lately. Why not point your racist fingers at the 'defence' budget, the big hitters who exploit tax avoidance schemes, fucking royal state occasions, ministerial 'perks' ... ????

Cancer's awful. But I wonder how long this treatment would realistically extend this woman's life? The unpalatable truth is that the NHS does not have infinite resources. :(

I realize I'm a foreigner, but wouldn't it be more practical to complain about the unnecessary things that taxpayers have had to chip into in the passed few years like the royal wedding, the diamond jubilee, and all of the excesses of the Games?
