Hawaii's Now Asking Birthers to Prove Who They Are

I'm curious what would happen if Bennett walked across the street to the Office of Vital Records and tried this. Arizona is looser than some-- after 50 years, they put death certificates online, and births after 75 years-- but before that, you need to be a family member or a lawyer to get at the records.
