And how will the Supreme Court argue that possession of a firearm is an act in or affecting interstate commerce ? How will the Supreme Court explain the Tenth Amendment and Commerce Clause Powers to millions of citizens put in Federal Prisons for mere possession of a Gun, Firearm, or for Home-Grown Medical Marijuana or any other local drug possession or local sale or distribution that does not affect interstate commerce ? And how is putting People in Prison regulating commerce ? They call it a War on Drugs. (give me a sec to put up the rest)

And how is the State going to explain their reserved Tenth Amendment powers allow disqualifying incarcerated-convicted felons from Voting in purely Federal Elections for President, Senate, and Representation in Congress ? Incarcerated felons are included in redistricting for Representation in Congress and for receiving Federal Funds. Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it. Obama Care is all about taking money from the Working Slave Class to give to the Wealthy Wall Street Class. WE THE PEOPLE of the United States are the ultimate sovereigns of the whole country, and we are the value that will now back United States Currency. WE THE PEOPLE will be the living-breathing flesh and blood Constitution. WE THE PEOPLE will define the Constitution on the Streets.
