I know some wonderful people who came from WV, and the country is beautiful. But they sure don't put their best people into politics.

I've been looking for West Virginians to ask this question: Is it really legal for a convicted felon to run for office in WVA? Add to that the fact that he doesn't even live in the state! How does that happen?

there was a case awhile back somewhat similar to this but i am having trouble due to this story clogging up google.
