I wonder if Mr. Arsenault understands that he is likely to be found liable for child support, if a parent of one of these children asks the court.

I also really hate arguments that hinge on "but there are bigger problems out there, so we should ignore this very real problem."

Yes, but I don't think it counts as sex work per se, else all sperm donors would be classed as sex workers.
