Poll watch: Okay, you guys, I'm seriously scared now ...

... And not because even GW/Battleground Tracking, the most consistently Republican-biased poll on RealClearPolitics, is now giving Obama a two-point lead.

No, what scares the shit out of me is this:

Don't know about this map, either, but we have been closing the gap in LA, and Obama's opened a ton more offices here...(writing from the one in Sheveport!)

I'm from AZ, and strangely I think there's enough support that there's a chance of McCain losing the state.

That would be amazing, because I think only two presidents have won the election despite losing their home state.

hmmmm...

Well um I just don't know what to say to that. Missouri is lightly leaning McCain at the moment, but we're doing our darnest to register voters.

Perhaps underneath all of his- bs- Morris knows he will look better in the long run if he predicts the winner.

If one must be cynical about his goals- this might inspire the Republicans to get out the vote as well?

Or perhaps the obvious is just too much to deny.

Arkansas is slightly more moderate in the bigger cities and apparently the McCain support is dying out.

It is something that us Democrats are sadly not used to, this "being in the lead" business.

I fell in distant love with her when she was on Air America - I don't listen to it much but my mom does all the time, and she would tell me all the time all the awesome shit she would say :D

I'm a pretty hetero gal, but if she asked me out for drinks...I would bat my eyes, push my shoulders back, and give a resounding "any time, baby."
