Obviously he's never served his country as a soldier, or he'd know gays have always been in the military. I declare a moratorium on fundies who've never enlisted talking about things they don't know.

can we amend this to "anyone"? Because frankly, I don't think politicians who couldn't be bothered to do any more than sit in the Reserves should be allowed to say fuck-all about the military, either. (Then again, I don't think you should be allowed to vote in favor of going to war unless you HAVE BEEN IN A WAR, and by this I mean "boots on the ground, IN COUNTRY", not "i sat at the pentagon collecting Toys for Tots".)

That would certainly bring about a lot more quiet.

Ok then.

I really wish people would stop using the word "treasonous".

Well, I'm gay and now I want to kick this dude in the balls. I'm assuming I'm not the first gay person to think that, so I can see why he is a bit scared of us LOL

Before I kick him, I want to borrow those shoes from the assassin in that old Bond movie-the ones with the knife in the toe? Yeah, those!

So reasearchers say that homophobia tends to cause depression or anxiety. And instead of working against the cause (homophobia), this perfect idiot say "let's just burry our head in the sand, not think about the cause and just forbid all homosexual to be in the military".

We should forbid idiot like you, dear mister Fischer, to talk in public. Reason: you're hurting my brain. I can feel my neurons commiting suiide at every word you say. You're a risk to my mental health, please SHUT UP

That's because people like this douchebag don't see what they're doing as causing said mental problems. Their arguments against homosexuality boil down to, "You need to stop being gay because I'm going to treat you like shit," and they seem to completely miss what's wrong with that approach.
