@Sun_Politics tweet: NotW - RIP. A loss to 1st class journalism. Ed Miliband, Guardian and BBC; how proud you must be of your work this week.

And Ed, the Guardian & BBC (not to mention countless tweeters) replied "Yes, we are, thanks!"

I genuinely think this could be the beginning of the end for Murdoch in UK. His share prices are plummeting, the public sees him for what he is and there's no way he'll get the BSkyB take-over now, what with Miliband pushing for a Commons vote and the possibility of Ofcom stepping in to stop the take-over should Cameron push ahead. Oh, the skeletons that are going to fall out of the closet...this is like Xmas for me!

I think Steve Coogan stole James May's hair. [/trivial comment is trivial]

This scandal is the most amazing thing to witness. I'm hoping that this grows to the point where Faux News gets taken down, along with the rest of Murdoch's empire.

Listening to other people's messages isn't frivolous for the record.

Goddamn Coogan. This whole thing is bringing out the scary smart celebrities out of the woodwork.

And his defense for phone tapping is celebrities doing coke is lol.

Nice politicians. Um. McMullen is the lowest of the low.
