If you read the daughter article, did you notice how she had some kind of friendship/relationship with the deputy that shot his ex? Damn, I can't believe that people just put up with that girl or her father.

Back at the sheriff's office, the lieutenant in charge of patrol assigned the new vehicles. The young woman interrupted him in front of his deputies and said Deputy Jonathan Agee would get one of the coveted new cruisers ( ... )

Woah, didn't realize there were so many Southwestern Virginians up in ONTD_P ... where were y'all when I was looking for a reason to stay in the South? Lol. j/k

Anyway, in all seriousness this is so fucking disheartening. I think it was in the Roanoke Times the day after the shooting that the officer's current wife called the Franklin Co. Police Dept to tell them that the shooter was going to kill Jennifer Agee 30 minutes before the shooting happened. I couldn't believe that they didn't do a goddamn thing and I know it's because it was one of their boys.

I might go try to find the audio of the phone call between Franklin Co and Roanoke City Police because it's fucking unbelievable. So much confusion/vagueness and not a shred of urgency in their voices, imo.
