Was he actually in the supermarket when the shootings happened? I feel awful for him and what he must have experienced but there is no justification for what he did here.

What a stupid fucking move. I wonder what the comments were, though! Not excusing what he did, but I can imagine he's probably a little messed-up from what happened a week ago.

I like how this article doesn't say the contents of the comments Mr. Fuller took exception to.

Awesome journalism.

Well, I think that a big part of WHY he is making threats has to do with what he just lived through. Being shot, watching people die ... it affects you.

Exactly this.

Also, this is happening really soon after his traumatic experience. People tend to react to shocks like that in different ways but it's not uncommon for the first few thoughts to be along the lines of anger, revenge etc. I'm not saying it justifies anything though. My point is just that maybe this is his reaction to his experience because he hasn't found a way to cope with it all healthily yet and come to terms with it.

Not condoning what he did, but the man was just shot, people who were shot beside him died. PTSD and trauma do funny, irrational things to formerly rational people.

yeah :( though they don't play fair - if something like this hadn't happened, they would have straight made something up

I agree.

Although on the OTHER hand, I don't like that people are asking "what did they say" like it would excuse threatening someone like that.
