Last week Mike Huckabee told some students at the College of New Jersey that same-sex marriage was just like incest and polygamy, and that gays and lesbians should be banned from adopting children. Let 'em have puppies, Huckabee argued, but not kids.

I know so many straight couples who shouldn't be even attempting to raise a child, whether their own or adopted. Why is it that a gay couple absolutely committed to raising a child is so wrong?

I don't see him taking it up - he's already tried to distance himself from what he said (and got smacked for it). I think he wants to pretend it never happened

I started disregarding anything involving Huckabee when he moved out of the governor's mansion and started a registry at Walmart so people could buy him things to put in his new house. Way to stay classy.

Huckabee seems to believe that as long as the parents are heterosexual, it's okay for children to be raised in an abusive, incestuous or violent home; in fact, from his viewpoint, that's how all unwanted children should be treated. It's better than abortion or being adopted by gays, right?

They're on, but only randomly and out-of-the-blue. Once their contract for the first season of their show was up nothing else has really happened for them on the Network.
