Poll: Half of Israeli high schoolers oppose equal rights for Arabs

Nearly half of Israel's high school students do not believe that Israeli-Arabs are entitled to the same rights as Jews in Israel, according to the results of a new survey released yesterday. The new generation will need time to find its own way. If Israeli high school students are anything like high school students in the US, they are mostly parroting what their parents say.

I'd be more curious to hear the same survey for people in the 20-30 age bracket.

I find it incredibly hard to be hopeful about Israel and Palestine. I desperately want to be, but to be honest I expect that in ten years' time the situation will be even worse than it already is :(
