I can tell you that doctors aren't sure how to feel about anyone who wants to expand medicare/health care...
On the one hand they want people/patients to be able to pay, on the other hand medicare currently is noctorious for tons of paperwork and stiffing doctors and not covering all kinds of stuff such that doctors can't afford to see only medicare patients, but if you see one suddenly 40 want to be seen by you...

It is indeed Rahm.

If you look carefully you will see that there is a red fish in his jacket pocket, for the infamous story about him mailing a dead fish to a pollster.
