Why is it the general opinion of most people that Japan functions better than the US in every way? Probably because it is true? I'm starting to contemplate moving.

This article makes a lot of sense to me.

Eh, not neccessarily. They do some things extremely well, and others not so well. Their economy has been shakey at best over the past decade or so. The gender imbalance of the past is still hanging around their culture, though it's getting better.

So, though Japan is quite awesome, I wouldn't say it fuctions better than us in every way.

Eh, I suppose. I was thinking about the education system and technology and culture and health. They're not like ~utopia~ or anything.

Guess the term 'every' just applies to most times I see the nations compared.

Two years after taking office, they point out, he took the unusual step as a freshman senator of authoring major legislation: a new GI Bill to expand education benefits to veterans of recent wars.

This bill alone is why I wish I still lived in Virginia and could vote for him again.

SWEET I JUST ADDED IT.

I made a blog but I haven't posted much on it because I get really nervous when I see people have read my stuff :( my new years resolution is to be a regular blogger!
