Eleven states and state officials filed a lawsuit Wednesday challenging the Obama administration over federal guidance directing schools to allow transgender students to use restrooms and other facilities that match their gender identities.

I'm really glad the Obama admin is taking this issue one even though it's an election year, fuck all of these states tbh. may they turn blue at every possible level come november!

Same, I think Wisconsin is a swing state that always seems to go blue. I'm just hoping during their midterm election they actually vote blue and kick Scott Walker out.

Like Arizona should probably be the last state to do this, considering how our education is compared to most states.

I will be voting in the general election from absentee ballot, I can't wait to vote all blue and get John McCain out tbh. I really hope Arizona turns blue, there are debates whether or not the state might actually be a swing state during this election cycle. I also hope with more Latinos getting riled up that they also vote Sheriff Arpaio out as well.

this is so disgusting, the idea that they be allowed to be discriminatory because of possibilities. news flash - if someone is going to violate a child or another person the letter of the law won't stop them from it! all this is is ignorance.
